Welcome, Autumn 2023!

June is the month when the outside air becomes crisper and we start reaching for our jerseys. Autumn gives us a beautiful show of changing colours, falling leaves and being a witness to how nature is preparing itself for winter.



This is the month to get the thoughts out of your head and write it all down onto paper. This is a great opportunity to journal. Journaling allows you to put your ideas on paper and then plan the action steps needed. Journaling also assists with reconnecting with yourself, quieten the busy mind and exploring your inner person.


Be Grateful

This is also the month to reconnect with practicing gratitude. Gratitude is a powerful mindset to help one focus on the present moment.  It is a wonderful practice to acknowledge thankfulness for all the beautiful moments in our life.



I Love Myself

This is also the month when we refocus our goals, see what we have achieved, what we need to still achieve for the next 6 months to December.

Some self-care tips for Autumn

  • Remember to exercise
  • Eat health foods
  • Layer your clothing to match your environment
  • Moisturise your skin
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Spoil yourself with a warm beverage like hot chocolate with marshmallows
  • Enjoy the winter sun (Vitamin D)
