Introduction

The death of a loved one tears through our lives with a whirlwind of emotions, leaving us feeling hopeless, shocked, unrelenting despair and broken hearted.

Grief is a solo journey. In this retreat you will be empowered, by your loving and caring facilitators who have experienced their own share of trauma and grief from the loss of a loved one and have made it their purpose to not only support, but empower and offer you tools to cope with the challenges life brings without your loved one.

Give yourself the space and time to reconnect with your inner self, while honouring your loved one in an Oasis of peace and tranquility.

Spend three nights with us shedding the old and embracing the new you, while finding ways of embracing your new reality and gaining the tools to find Joy in your life once again. The retreat will commence on Friday, 18th March and run to Monday the 21st of March 2022.
